I bought my mouse from gamestop a little over a month ago and recently my left and right mouse buttons are not clicking properly or letting me click and hold. I have tried cleaning it and also updating the firmware and nothing seems to work. What solutions do I have?

Hey,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
