Razer Basilisk V3 intermittently connects and reconnects when scroll toggle button is pressed

Hi all! My Razer basilisk v3 connects and reconnects rapidly rendering it basically useless whenever I press the scroll toggle button. It works fine when I restart but then if the scroll toggle is pressed the same issue happens. Any help is appreciated
