hey, i'm having issues with my mouse, so i just got it 2 days ago and it worked fine, until i bought the g502 yesterday to test out and when i used that mouse for 24 hours i wanted to go back to my V3 but when i just did, the left and right scroll wheel are registering as reverse. Also when i plugged the mouse in the USB port and it starts up, I hear 2 click sounds, I unplugged it and test it again but same them happens. I shut down my PC, i reset the move drivers etc. Is there a fix? And is this normal? It will perfect until i installed my g502 mouse and when I plugged the V3 now, these issues are happening

Try to perform a clean re-installation of the Synapse application by following the steps here. Update the driver of the mouse in the device manager and Windows OS. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you fix the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
