So I’ve checked around these discussions and have seen some similarities, but none of the solutions I’ve tried works. I’ve reinstalled the drivers, I’ve updated the firmware and though I can move the cursor, nothing responds to the left or right clicks. I am still able to adjust speed and such, and other mouses work too, but no matter what I try the left click doesn’t work.

I understand you're having left click issues with your Razer Basilisk V3. Could you please tell me if the problem persists with or without Razer Synapse running? Please try cleaning your mouse using a can of compressed air. Spray it between the gaps around the left and right-click buttons, as this can help remove any debris that might be causing the issue.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
