sono passati circa 4 mesi da quando ho comprato questo mouse e ultimamente mi sono accorto che il tasto della rotellina non funziona ho già provato a resettare il mouse, cambiare porta usb e ad assegnare altre funzioni al tasto ma niente ha funzionato.
c’è altro che posso provare a fare?

The Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. Have you tried updating its firmware? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
