Razer Basilisk V3 mouse curser freezing!

I just got a brand new Razer Basilisk gaming mouse a few minutes ago - plugged it in, and installed the software however while doing so, ever so often my mouse cursor keeps freezing but then I move my mouse cursor again which then moves the cursor. I have tried calibrating my mouse to the surface I am using (not a razer product) and although it made a slight difference, it didn't stop the issue from occurring all the time. Like since I have been writing this post, this issue has occurred probably 7 times, which should not happen to a brand new product I have been using for minutes. If anyone knows how to fix this or what setting I need to change for this to stop happening, please let me know as this issue can get quite frustrating considering I just bought and used the mouse!

    Did you ever find out how to fix it? Mine was doing this and I ended up moving the USB charging cable to another port. Now it works without freezing but not without being plugged in all the time to the wireless mouse. ???

    Hi Guys, 

     

    Try to clean install the Synapse 3 app and run the firmware updater by following the steps here. If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check my resources for other workarounds to help you address the problem. Thanks!
