razer basilisk v3 pro 35k issues with scroll wheel

Been using mouse for 6 months.

Few weeks ago issues with switching from free-spin to tactile started. Today wheel click stopped working entirely. Is there a sollution?

I understand that your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro’s scroll wheel has stopped working entirely. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

  • Clean the affected button using a can of compressed air.

  • Verify Windows is up to date.

  • Connect your mouse directly to the PC and not a USB hub.

  • Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

  • Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.

  • If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

  • Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
