Razer Basilisk V3 PRO 35K Polling Rate Problem

Hi all,

Just got the basilisk v3 pro 35K, have installed latest firmware and synapse 4 is showing 125, 500 and 1000hz as the only options. Isn’t this mouse capable of 4000hz and 8000hz? I specifically want to use 4000hz. Am I doing something wrong?

 

Also tried to restart pc, no difference

    Same, I just purchased the white version and cannot get polling past 1000hz. I hope someone can help us out.

    Yes it can go up to 8kHz… but you need Hyperpolling dongle: https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice-accessories/razer-hyperpolling-wireless-dongle or Razer Mouse Dock Pro: https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice-accessories/razer-mouse-dock-pro

    Included Hyperspeed dongle is up to 1kHz.

    I have a Razer Basilisk V3 35 K with only Synapse 4 installed.
    I have an ASUS 16” OLED Laptop with Windows 10 installed.

    I have Razer Synapse pinned to the task bar and everything works perfectly for me.

    When I click Razer Basilisk V3 35K it shows 4 options.

    1. Customize 
    2. Performance
    3. Lighting 
    4. Calibration 

    When I click on Performance it has 5 options for Sensitivity.

    Sensitivity Stages DPI “Dot per inch” starts a 100 DPI up 35000 DPI 

    By Default 1. shows 400 DPI   

                       2. 800 DPI

                      3. 1600 DPI

                     4. 3200 DPI

                    5. 6400 DPI

    With the cursor I adjusted 4 from 3200 to 3400. 

    You can set whatever you want from 100 DPI to 35000 DPI.

    No other wired mouse in my opinion comes anywhere near close to the Razer Basilisk 3V 35K

    This mouse is without any doubt the best I have ever used and at a very reasonable price especially with all the options it has.

    Extremely high quality and Razer service is available if you have any problems. 

    I found about this Razer when I saw a business in Australia was committing fraud against its customers and was being investigated by ASIC. I saw this mouse was advertised on the Snaffle website for AU $$254.79. I then did a search on the web for this Razer mouse and was and still am very impressed. I paid online in Hong Kong on 23 May 2025 for AU $120.00 and it was delivered to my home address by FEDEX with the delivery person ringing the door bell the next day. Special thanks to Razer support.
