Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K problems i dont like

Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K + Mouse Dock Pro Bundle.

but im not pleased with it,

i hope razer want to change it or add these functions 

1. the charging light is way to bright, and i don't know if i can dim it or turn it off, or give it a different effect that is less annoying because when i watch movies i place it on the dock to charge, and the light is so bright it is distracting, razer could give the charge light functions or custom effects to 
2. the sleep , can it be completely turned off ?, i don’t like it , the wake up is slow

i don't know if its normal,

after the mouse enter sleeps mode i have to move it to wake it up, 

i can’t simply press a button because the mouse don't react,

also after waking it up the wheel mechanism kicks in for some w/e stupid reason,

i have it on free spin i don't like tactile, this adds 1-2 more sec before i can use the mouse witch is annoying,

can that also be changed?

my previous mouses never had these problems but then again they where logitech, g903, g502x plus, g604

downside with them is the switches and double clicks so i wanted to see if razer was any better , but as expected software wise razer still sucks, hardware wise feels like razer font know how to program the mice,

other than that the mouse is nice and accurate but it really needs work,
