Razer Basilisk v3 Pro 35K will not go BT or Wireless

I recently purchased this mouse in order to go wireless.  I have tried all the tips Razer had to offer but still can’t get this mouse to in Bluetooth mode or wireless mode.  I have tried using different USB ports for the dongle with no luck.  I even deleted and installed a new version of Synapse to version 4.  I can use the mouse as long as the charging cable in installed, but again that is not why I purchased this mouse.  I do like the mouse!  I just wish the features I expected to work; would work!
