I bought this mouse in march this year and it has a cracked shell, I have tried countlessly to get in touch to buy a new replacement shell  and I have tried support and just get put on a list of what I can do that I don't need .

I cant find any chat window to talk to anyone no email and no help, is there anyone who sells the parts other than razer? they don't have the part it just offers me cables and usb  plugs.
