Hello,
I own a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and none of the wireless modes are working — both 2.4 GHz (Hyperspeed) and Bluetooth do not connect or register. I’ve tried:
- Plugging into multiple USB ports
- Testing the dongle on other PCs
- Using the Razer Pairing Utility
- Factory reset with button combinations
- Full recharge over USB-C
- Attempting to pair Bluetooth (no lights or response)
The mouse only works while plugged in via USB-C (wired mode), and even that is unreliable at times. It seems like the wireless components may be bricked or the internal battery has failed.
I’d like to request a replacement under warranty or be advised on next steps.
