My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro constantly and randomly disconnects for a couple seconds and then reconnects. Mouse movement stop completely then I can hear an audible click from the mouse and its reconnected. Everything is up to date. I’ve attempted to turn off all razer apps from the system tray and still same results.
I’ve read people cutting the the free wheel ribbon cable but that can’t possibly be the only solution.
I’ve also heard of people saying the dongle is a failure point.
Any suggestions on how to narrow down where the problem actually is and resolve this once and for all?
