Hello everyone,
as im currently not able to contact the support directly due to issues with ticket creation I am writing my case here.
Since today my Basilisk V3 Pro is completely dead and not working anymore. I am using the mouse in combination with a mouse dock pro.
I already got some issues for three weeks that the mouse cursor gets sometimes suddenly stuck. This could only be fixed with rebooting or re-connecting the mouse dock pro with USB. I already updated the firmware for the mouse and docking station. This was also not fixing the problem..
Now the mouse is not functional anymore and thats why I am asking for a RMA case. Unfortunately, I was not able to create the support case as there was an error occuring while ticket creation..
I would be really glad if somebody from Razer could react to this case.
