My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro works fine in wired mode, but in wireless (dongle and Bluetooth) it keeps disconnecting every second, making it unusable.
I have already reinstalled the firmware using the official updater, but the issue persists on multiple PCs and dongles.
I also tried a hardware reset (LMB+RMB+Scroll Wheel) but it did not help.
Could some one please advise if there is any way to fix this issue
Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
