Please Help,
just bought my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and download Razer Synapse.
But when I connect it via Bluetooth or wireless, it’s distrub my internet.
When I unplug razer dongle / turn off my bluetooth, my internet go normal again.
Only via wired is work normal.
Already try to update firmware but still no use.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing Wi-Fi interruptions while using the dongle on your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. How far is the router from your laptop and wireless dongle? Is the mouse dongle plugged in directly to your PC or to an extender? Please PM me your device serial number so I can provide a workaround to fix the issue. Have a good one!
