Went away for a few weeks, when I returned, my Basilisk V3 Pro is no longer working. It doesn’t power on when connected to the PC via the USB cable. I left it plugged into a USB charger overnight but nothing appears to happen. When connected to the PC it did go into a “reboot loop” and was clicking each time it rebooted (the same sound as the scrollwheel lock as if it’s failing in some way or another).

The mouse is only 2 months old and hasn’t been used for the past month.

Can your PC and Synapse detect the mouse? If yes, try resetting it through the Razer Synapse settings and see how it goes. Otherwise, try unplugging the mouse from your PC, then press and hold the left click, right click, and mouse wheel button simultaneously for 7 seconds, then release the buttons, and reconnect the mouse to your computer. If your mouse is still within its warranty period, please consider getting a replacement through your reseller. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
