I have the same issue with the dongle not working. Have to use wired  on a wireless mouse for gaming. . Hope razer would look into this , guessing likely a software issue.

My adapter for the Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed mouse is broken, is it possible to order a replacement? I live in Europe - Poland.

I found video on youtube dude uploaded program for reset paring with mouse and receiver. Maybe it help somebody. In my case (basilisk v3 pro) my receiver is dead. I tried turn this cr*p on two deferent pc, but it still not working. Now I have wireless mouse who working only by wire, this happy end by razer!

If your mouse is still on warranty, then RMA the dongle.

 

THIS WORKS, i bought a mouse on eday for cheap with out the dongle and then bought the dongle separately paired it and it worked

I’m also having the exact same issue. Only the dongle wasn’t working. Is there a way I can buy the dongles separately?

Y’all just file a ticket here at Razer Support and they will send you a new replacement dongle. Limited Warranty for the mouse is 2 years. Hope it helps.

They sent me a replacement dongle after 3 weeks and still it doesnt work. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I haven’t gamed in a few months. Get back on dongle doesn’t work. I’ve barely used this thing it shouldn’t be broken yet. SO FRUSTRATING

If the previous dongle is not visible in Windows device manager (so assume it’s dead) - new dongle will work. But you have to pair it for the 1st time when using with mouse.

Good luck on getting help. I have the same issue and is out of warranty then I checked I am not eligible for support! Not even a simple inquiry on where to buy. Shame on Razer for forcing customers to pay for support and not providing any free support if your out of warranty. Will stop buying their products. Will mover over to Logitech!
