Hi,
I have just tried using the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility to fix my Razer Basilisk v3 pro dongle malfunctioning, but it could not proceed because it was not even detected by my computer.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer. If nothing works, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
