So at the begging of the year i decided to get myself a new mouse, so i decided to get basilisk v3 pro and pair it with the mouse dock pro and after somet ime of use, sometimes the mouse randomly unpairs from the mouse dock pro. Then i have to pair it again via the razer synapse app. Sometimes it happens 5-6 times in a row, like i literally just have repaired it, one flick and the connection is gone again. Some days it doesnt happen at all. At this point i have my old mouse connected to my pc so i could quickly re-pair it back while gaming, which is also a wireless 2,4ghz mouse and no, i had these same problems while the old mouse was disconnected and sitting on a shelf. I have tried updating the drivers, completely reinstalling synapse and updating the firmware on the mouse and the dock, yet the problem still persists. I have tried making hte polling rate lower (from 4k to 500), yet it doesnt seem like anything has any impact on it. Maybe it could be something to do with the fact that im running windows 11?
Eitherway if i cant fix this issue then i guess i will go back to steelseries, never had problems with their mice.
