Hey all,
I've had my Basilisk pro v3 from 2023 and have the mouse dock to use it wirelessly, recently I've now had the issue come up that my mouse will turn on and off constantly while the mouse is being used and when looking in synapse can visibly see the mouse connect for a split second, show 100% battery and immediately grey out with the red power symbol in the top right after a second while moving the mouse constantly to keep it out of sleep mode.
I have tried everything that other users and support tech’s have suggested.
I have tried:
- uninstalling synapse and reinstalling it
- updated the firmware on both the dock and the mouse
- uninstalled every driver on every razer device connected to my pc via the driver cleanup tool
So far none of these have succeeded and my mouse when being used wirelessly still has this issue, I should also note that the included dongle also failed within 2 months of me purchasing the mouse which is why I have the dock currently. Not sure if much can be done as my warranty is now overdue but id really rather not have to buy a new mouse as I have grown quite attached to this one, any help would be greatly appreciated.
