So I bought this super cool mouse but right out of the box the main left and right buttons do not work. Everything else does… The cursor moves, the wheel works, it shows on razer synapse… The firmware update is done, it says the firmware is up to date… it is the same with USB dongle, bluetooth or wired. What should I do? Do I have to return it?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:
- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.
If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
