Good afternoon, dear Razer support team! My Razer Basilisk v3 pro mouse has stopped turning on and responding to wired connection (Synapse has stopped detecting the mouse). Are there any methods to solve the problem? If that doesn’t help, is it possible to get the schematic of the Razer Basilisk v3 pro motherboard for further repair? No visible defects on the board.
