Got my razer Basilisk V3 Pro about 4 months ago. The mouse is moving and all keys are functioning but left click suddenly does not function any fix?

Add: Tried compress air, Firmware update, using it on another device, uninstalling and reinstalling it on device manager and reinstalling synapse. Still not working.

Thanks for letting us know about this and it seems like you’ve done all the necessary workarounds. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM and include your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for the warranty status.
