Last night my mouse ran out of battery so I plugged it in to charge but it didn’t turn on, I left it charging overnight and today it still has not turned on and wont turn on even after pressing down on right and left click and mousewheel for 7 seconds.

Verify Windows is up to date.

Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.
- If charging via a mouse dock, clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a Q-tip and alcohol.
- Disable Razer Synapse and test the device.

Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
