Razer Basilisk v3 Pro not working

I’ve had my Razer Basilisk V3 for just over a year and recently it’s stopped connecting to the dongle. It works perfectly fine with the cable, I’ve tried multiple ports with no luck and it doesn’t even display in the Razer Synapse software. Unfortunately my ex gf bought this for my birthday, so getting hold of any information for a warranty return is going to be difficult.

 

I suspect this is an issue with the mouse rather than the USB dongle’s as I’ve purchased a new USB (direct from Razer), tried both on my computer and on my work laptop but neither of them work. Bluetooth works fine as well though.

 

To summarise:

  • Windows is up to date (my personal PC is W10 and work laptop is W11).
  • Razer software is up to date.
  • Removed and reinstalled drivers for the mouse.
  • Tried multiple USB ports and devices.
  • Rebooted my machine multiple times.

Any suggestions would be great, having the mouse for 1 year and it becoming unusable via USB is pretty pathetic really. Not what I expected from a mouse from Razer, considering how expensive it is.
