Razer Basilisk V3 Pro not working

Hello,
My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse was working fine a few days ago. After shutting down my PC and turning it back on a few days later, the mouse stopped responding completely. When I connect it for charging, no lights turn on, and the computer does not recognize the device.
I have already tried using different cables, USB ports, and another computer, but the issue remains the same.
I kindly request an inspection or replacement under warranty.

I understand that your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is not working after shutting down your PC. Could you please check if the issue persists using a bluetooth connection? 

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
