Currently running a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro connected to a Mouse Dock Pro and randomly the mouse just freezes, I am unable to move or click anything and the only way for it to start working again is to disconnect the Dock cable and plug it back in.

 

Sometimes this doesn’t happen at all, others it goes every few minutes. Sometimes I can trigger this to happen by draggin a window from one screen to another, after having the mouse connected via cable for a while it appears to be fixed for a while.

 

Running a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro.

 

For the price point of these peripherals one would expect to have to deal with these issues.

I would also like to note that the firmware for both devices is up to date.

Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? Also can you check if the problem you're experiencing with your mouse is happening while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. All the best!
