My razer basilisk scroll wheel stopped working just now, and I had used this mouse barely for a year. I tried reinstalling razer synapse and even updated the firmware, yet the problem still persist
Anyone got a solution? I really hope this post wont getting ignored because there’s a lot of people experiencing this problem too

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Also, try cleaning your mouse using a can of compressed air to remove any debris. Just spray it in between the gaps. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
