Own the mouse for under a year. Today the scroll wheel stopped working. Everything else works as normal, its the scroll funcrion that is broken.
I’m here to help! I understand that you’re experiencing issues with the scroll wheel on your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. To further isolate the issue, please test the mouse on another computer with Razer Synapse closed or disabled to see if the issue persists.
