razer basilisk v3 pro turning off and on

So i got my razer mouse last Xmas and had no problem with it, until this morning, i saw the cursor was lagging, then when i looked in synapse i saw that if i stopped using it for 2 seconds it turns off and even if i use it, it disconnects and reconnects even though it is fully charged. The problem persists even when wired.

 

I tried to reinstall the firmware and synapse itself, but the problem was still here.

I also tried on another computer, same problem, it keeps turning on and off.

 

I tried to loo everywhere for a solution, only saw an user on this website had the same problem, but didn’t see any solution

I understand that your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently. Did the issue occur while using the mouse wirelessly or when it was wired? Have you tried connecting the mouse directly to the PC instead of using a USB hub? Have you recently updated any drivers or software before the problem occurred? To isolate the issue, please try the additional steps below:
