Razer Basilisk V3 Pro wheel tilt doesn't work

Hello,

I have purchased a new PC (on Windows 11) and Basilisk V3 Pro mouse with it. For whatever reason, wheel tilt doesn’t work. Previously, I used a PC on Windows 10 and Basilisk V2, everything worked fine. Interesting thing is that when I connected my old mouse (Basilisk V2) to my new PC, wheel tilt worked until Razer Synapse “installed” the mouse. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

Hi there, @Reconder!

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers by following the steps below:

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
