Razer Basilisk V3 | RZ01-04000 blinking & undetected

Razer Basilisk V3 | RZ01-04000 Issue: Mouse is only around 5 months old and suddenly would intermittently stop working with the following description:
  • Mouse LED 'blinking' on and off with approximately 1 second intervals
  • Device is undetected on synapse completely
  • Device is undetected on windows device manager during 'blinking' off
  • You can actually move the cursor during 'blinking' on
  • Mouse would randomly work properly sometimes when plugged off & back on (most often not)
  • Issue would also occur when pressing the scroll mode, DPI cycle & profile button on mouse
  • Issue would also occur when starting razer synapse
Have tried the following suggestions from the FAQ but nothing worked:
  • Updating the firmware to v1.01.00_r1
  • Tried to replicate the issue with another laptop and got the same results
  • Restarting & updating razer synapse to the latest version
Kindly advise on this matter, should i get a new one with my warranty? Thanks in advance
