As per other threads that were closed with “contact me over DM” I also have this issue. It has been ongoing for months and I just ignored it and switched settings to other options in games. But this is getting more and more difficult. Seems more and more games don’t allow a switch from that setting as potentially they view this as basic mouse functionality… which for my Razer mouse it’s missing.
I hear the mechanical click, the scroll works fine. If Synapse would start I would confirm if in Macro tab I could notice it as activating when clicking there. But it just doesn’t work in games. If I remember correctly, they way I workaround this last time was by setting a different mouse button to do the scroll click from Synapse. Again, I’d like to fix this somehow, rather than workaround it.
