Hello,
I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse. The button that switches the scroll wheel between free-spin mode and tactile (notched) mode has stopped working.
At the moment, the scroll wheel stays in free-spin mode and does not return to the normal notched mode when I press the button. I have already checked Synapse and restarted my PC, but the issue remains.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there a way to fix it, or could this be a hardware issue?
