anyone know how to fix this issue. I've been having this issue for around a week now. I've tried unplugging my mouse and putting it back in, I've tried to change the settings in razer synapse, I’ve tried to reset the mouse multiple times but nothing has helped to fix it, and I've updated the firmware but this did not help either. When I lift the mouse off of the mouse mat or when when I put it back on, it scrolls up or down, mostly down. Any help would be much appreciated.

When did you notice the issue? Was your mouse working fine before? Were there any changes made before the issue? To isolate the problem, please try to adjust the mouse lift of distance by following the steps here. If the problem persists, PM me your device serial number and a short recording showing the issue so I can check for other workarounds. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
