I was just using my razer basilisk v3 (wired) until the sensor just started going bonkers. Its only been a year since I have bought it and was working fine, until it just stopped working. I have tried replugging it lots of times, at first it used to light up for a second and then die, but now no sign of life from it any more. Every time i try to move it the sensor just starts playing up and then after 10 seconds it stops working altogether. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM RAZER AGAIN AS TRYING TO GET THIS MOUSE WORKING AGAIN IS SO STRESSFUL! its a shame that such a big company cant even try to send support to some of their customers….

Hello there,
Have you tried using it on a different surface? Another mouse mat perhaps? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick then you can drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
