I have had a Razer Basilisk v3 for like 4 years and I have shortcuts for both of my mouse side buttons. Yesterday for the first time ever they just completely stopped working. I did everything and nothing worked. Different USB ports, restarted computer, reinstalled razer synapse. I even have a Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and when I plugged it into my pc the side buttons would also not work. I’m thinking its an issue with my pc or with the razer synapse software. Anyone got an explanation?
