I can attest to having the same problem. This is very annoying as I bought this mouse for the reason that it could flip flop back and forth but it hasn’t been working since the second day I got it...
Hi,
I have the same problem. The mouse wheel has been stuck in free spin for a few days now.
If you give it momentum and suddenly stop it, it is back in tactile mode for one or two seconds.
If you look along the mouse wheel, you can see the little metal rod as it simply releases again.
The same if you only want to operate it in tactile mode. As if the little motor had run out of power.
