I am stuck physically in free spin, in synapse it shows the mouse toggling between tactile and free spin, but this does nothing physically.

Were you able to find a solution? I'm experiencing the exact same problem with my Razer Basilisk V3. The scroll wheel is stuck in free-spin mode, and my mouse is only one month old.
