I have Basilisk V3 pro for a week, and when switching profiles, my mouse just freezes. The backlight freezes, the cursor - everything. Only rebooting helps. I use Dock Pro, and this usually happens when I switch between 8 and 1 Hz.
All firmware is the latest with the latest updates.
Try cleaning your USB port and make sure that your Dock Pro and USB are connected firmly. This is all I can suggest.
