Please explain why your company does not develop applications for the MACos system?What wrong with macOS?

I believe that if you do not give the opportunity to use all the functions of the mouse as well ( as the software,) then you are putting your customers and buyers in unequal conditions. Please explain your policy regarding software for macOS (Synapse 3.0 or 4.0)

Exactly I have to return this mouse just because of I’m solo mac user there are many games that runs on Mac. You don’t have to put all the features that Windows has but at least we should be able to do basic things like switching button actions or dpi .

I really like the Razer Basilisk V3 Hyperspeed mouse. I use macOS. Why isn't there an app for macOS? Please explain why, because we are looking for other programs that help configure the mouse. Or is Apple against it? I agree with the author of this thread.
