I have been trying to update my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed white edition and the “x hyperspeed” firmware updater refuses to recognize the mouse. I use this mouse on my xbox to play video games and the Middle mouse button stopped working one day after i connected it to my laptop.

Upon checking, there’s no available firmware for the Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed at the moment. Could you send me the link to the firmware updater? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
