Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed rapid battery drain

I’m shocked at how quickly my Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed battery is draining. I think they are only lasting a few weeks each. I’ve never seen a wireless mouse eat batteries this fast before - nothing even close. I shut it off when not in use and have in on BT setting. This last one must have only been in use for 2 weeks from full, and it’s already at less than 5%. It’s not in use for any unusual amount of time. 

Can you please advise?

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
