Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed rapid battery drain

Ever since I’ve bought my Razer mouse it has always drained the battery within days. I just swapped the battery a day ago and it is already at 60%. I use energizer max batteries.


I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled.

 

Any other suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear about the rapid battery drain you're experiencing with your Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed. When was the last time you replaced the batteries? Does your mouse still turn on? It might be useful to try a different brand or type of battery to see if the problem persists.

    To help isolate the issue, please ensure that the wireless dongle is connected directly to your computer, rather than through a USB hub. If it is already connected directly, try using a different USB port. Additionally, for troubleshooting purposes, make sure that the dongle has a direct line of sight to minimize interference.
