My Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed battery life is draining very fast. I mostly use the mouse on BT with a usage averaging to 2-3 hours daily on non gaming tasks. It has been 3 weeks since I got a new battery and the battery is at 20% with the above mentioned usage. I had updated the firmware as well. This is no where close to the 535 hours of battery life on BT as promised on Razer website for this model. Am I missing something?

I have the same problem. The mouse is used in operation and the battery lasts for about a week.

I understand that you are having a battery issues with your Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed. Please try these troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue:

Verify Windows is up to date.

Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

Verify the mouse is fully charged (use new batteries or charge Lithium-Ion batteries for 30+ minutes).

If charging via a mouse dock, clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a Q-tip and alcohol.

Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
