simply put, the scroll wheel will randomly scroll up one tick, which is extremely frustrating because i use scroll wheel to switch weapons while in game, therefore when it does this (quite often) it will switch my weapon in the middle of a fight, costing me the game. it happens often enough that i just haven’t touched any of my pvp / pve games because i know i’m going to lose every gunfight.
please lmk if this is a software fix or if i need to replace my mouse

When did the issue start occurring? Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device? Is the scroll wheel hard to turn or stuck in a certain way? Does the issue persist with the Razer Synapse closed or disabled? To isolate the problem, kindly perform the steps below:
