Razer Basilisk V3 X hyperspeed scroll wheel issues

Ever since I purchased this mouse it continuously had scroll issues now it has gone worse, the scroll doesn't respond properly it randomly goes scrolls up while scrolling down and vice versa.

The mouse also disconnects and connects randomly while gaming.

Tries everything uninstalling synapse to removing drivers nothing happened.

I have seen many other Basilisk users facing the same issue but Razer doesn't provide firmware solutions or any other solutions.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed, particularly the scroll wheel's incorrect responses and the random disconnections during gaming. To address these problems, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clean the affected button using a can of compressed air.
  2. Make sure to check your computer Windows is up to date.
  3. Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle. Please also test if the problem occurs with a Bluetooth connection.
  4. Check if the software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software. Try to Close Razer Synapse and test if teh device works.
  5. If closing Razer Synapse fixes the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  6. Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
