Razer Basilisk X Hold Issue - Dropping

Hi there - The issue with my mouse is that the left mouse button is dropping connectivity when I do a click and hold. Basically if I'm taking a screen shot and need to click and hold, the mouse releases on it's own before I even get to the end for the click and hold and get the full screen shot. Any thoughts?

Just try different usb port like try to insert the receiver directly to motherboard and go to device manager and see theres no power saving enabled!
