So i'm having a problem with my mouse that windows 10 recgonizes the mouse in 2.4 Ghz mode but I cannot move the mouse cursor. Also Razer Synapse isn't recognizing it either. Does anyone have a fix for something like this?

    Was it working before, or is this right out of the box? Which version of Synapse do you have installed? I'd appreciate it if you can put up a short clip demonstrating the issue so I can get a better understanding of what you're experiencing.

    Yes it was working before. Synapse 3. I think it stopped working after a windows update.

    It is a possibility. Have you tried performing a clean installation of the app or maybe even roll back the Windows update? In any case, PM me the serial number and a screenshot of how the mouse appears on the Device Manager.
